Financial Assistance
If you don’t have insurance, we offer options to make your care more affordable. Self-pay patients receive a 25% discount for same-day full payment. If you need help with bills, apply for our financial assistance program—even if you’ve qualified elsewhere before.
Patients without insurance
If you don’t have insurance, your account will be considered self-pay. If you pay for your medical services in full the day of your visit, you will get a 25% discount. If you’re having trouble making payments on your account, please consider filling out our financial assistance application.
Note: If you have previously been awarded financial assistance through Essentia Health or Aspirus St. Luke’s, you will still need to complete an application for Duluth Family Medicine Clinic.
